I upgraded my computer to windows 8.1 and I can't install drivers for my roboteq mdc2250. I tried every possible scenario to install driver. (Including disabling driver signing requirement) In a url=post/url roboteq says that they are looking into permanent resolution. This was 6 months ago. Is there any other solution to unsigned driver problem? Is roboteq going to sign their drivers?
Is there any other way we can obtain STMicroelectronics DFU drivers? I already tried your suggestion before posting to forum.

Dfu Driver Windows 7
I rebooted my computer and disabled driver signing requirement. Okay I got mine to work. Here is what I did. Sorry it took so long. I forgot I had to do the following to get the usb driver to install first since I didn't have it done ahead of time. I used the run command to execute this code to shutdown pc.
Shutdown.exe /r /o /f /t 00 Then it shutdown the computer, set for troubleshootadvanced optionsstartup settings then set for force unsigned drivers Start up roborun, try updating via usb Stm32 driver trying to install installed You can try that. I'm not which method you had used for the driver signing. So if you did something similar to this and are still unable to get the DFU driver to install, then using windows 7 will work.
